N-AERUS is open to all european researchers, experts, scholars and doctorate students provided:

they agree with the N-AERUS objectives;
they have a good knowledge or expertise on urban issues in developing countries;
they are willing to contribute to the information exchange and participate in the network activities
Researchers, experts, scholars and doctorate students from developing countries are invited to join N-AERUS as corresponding members. Joining N-AERUS is free
